February 2025 - Black Philanthropy Initiative

Thank You, Black Philanthropy Initiative! We are deeply grateful to the Black Philanthropy Initiative (BPI) for awarding us a grant to advance our LTYD Student Health Initiative. Your generous support will help us continue empowering and uplifting underserved youth.

It was an honor to be part of BPI’s “Let’s Make History Together”—a movement that truly makes a difference. Together, we are building a healthier, stronger future.

December 2024 - Arizona Financial Credit Union Local Causes Grant

LTYD is honored to be a recipient of the Arizona Financial Credit Union Local Causes Grant, receiving a total of $10K at a live-recorded awards ceremony at the Social Television Network (STN) December 10, 2024! This generous support will fuel our mission to empower high school youth by providing essential services like: Mentoring programs, Hygiene & food boxes, and Scholarships

With this grant, we aim to:

  • Provide critical resources to underserved youth

  • Reduce dropout rates

  • Increase college graduation rates

  • Improve economic prospects for at-risk youth in Maricopa County

September 2024 - Cox Charities

LTYD is pleased to have been selected to receive a $5,000 impact donation from Cox Charities. This generous gift is part of $698,500 in statewide donations given to 125 local nonprofits this year, thanks to the generosity of Cox employees in Arizona. This grant will help us expand our programs, empowering underserved youth through mentorship, educational support, and developmental initiatives.
